She has an extensive cookbook library, and stays up to date with food trends and healthful eating.. She has studied with the head chefs of several local fine dining restaurants as well as taking a variety of cooking classes.
She is extremely selective about the ingredients used for cooking, buying only at the highest quality stores. She has over 15 years of event planning experience including parties, meetings, weddings, and conferences, and is available to help you with planning as well.
